Hotel Boiler & Systems Technician

Essential Functions Operate and maintain high-pressure boiler for the Laundry operation. Operate and maintain low-pressure boiler. Operate and maintain other vessels as needed for hot water kitchen steam and air conditioning. Assist mechanics and maintains men in repairs. Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations. Performs other duties as required by supervisor. Hotel Specific Essential Functions Possess knowledge of all emergency service switches and shut-off valves for electrical feeders, incoming water lines, and natural gas lines. Know the locations of all sprinkler zone valves. Possess ability to obtain and complete service tickets through the OmniComp System.
