Sign on and Relocation Assistance Negotiable Responsibilities The Nurse Manager, ED will oversee daily management and strategic planning of the patient care area to support optimal patient outcomes Provides staff leadership, manages resources responsibly, and partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, hospital policies, and quality improvement initiatives. The Nurse Manager, ED will monitor performance metrics, patient outcomes, and staff engagement to drive continuous improvement.
