Future Store Leader: Assistant Manager in Training

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager in Merrillville, IN. The role focuses on delivering the best guest experience while handling sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and coach Teammates and to ensure smooth store performance.
