Summer 2027 Internship (Fire Protection Engineering Students)

Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist project teams with on-site investigations, condition assessments, and inspections including surveying, documenting distress, field testing, collecting data and samples, and preparing site visit reports Organize field data and assist with research of modern and historic construction documents, building codes, and design guidelines to support analysis, problem-solving, and repair design Perform analysis of fire protection systems and building code issues under guidance of licensed professionals Assist project teams with preparation of client deliverables such as construction documents, specifications, and written reports Contribute to in-house technical research projects About You The company is looking for: Current student in junior or senior year of a bachelor’s or graduate program in fire protection engineering or related field from an accredited program with excellent academic standing Focused interest in fire protection and life safety objectives and challenges Demonstrated leadership skills, integrity, and strong work ethic Effective verbal, graphical, and written communication skills Enthusiasm for solving problems in the built environment and curiosity about how things work Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate range: $17.00 - $35.00, based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency Eligibility for overtime and variable compensation based on personal and company performance Robust and affordable health plans for employees and families, including HSA and PPO options Generous 401(k) matching of 110% for the first 6% of eligible pay with immediate vesting Time off to care for self and others Investments in educational assistance and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr LPU Batangas
