To support strategic revenue acceleration initiatives, the contract Administrative Assistant II will work remotely, focusing on analyzing backlog, performing accurate data entry, and facilitating communication across various teams to ensure order readiness. Key responsibilities: Analyze regional backlog to identify opportunities for revenue recognition and project completion Perform high-volume data entry and maintenance within ERP systems such as Oracle and Salesforce Coordinate with operational teams to provide accurate order and project readiness information Required qualifications: Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and detail Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and Oracle Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and investigative skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
