Mobile Relief Veterinarian (DVM)

Flexible Half-Day & On-Call Opportunities

Are you a DVM looking for a flexible way to earn supplemental income without committing to a traditional full-time schedule? We are seeking a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) who is interested in providing mobile veterinary care to clients in the Boca Raton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who wants to pick up half-day shifts, occasional appointments, or on-call opportunities based on their availability. This is a mobile veterinary role, meaning you will travel directly to the client's location to provide care for their pets. The ideal veterinarian enjoys the flexibility and personal connection that comes with treating pets in their home environment. You can determine the availability that works for you, making this a great fit for a veterinarian looking to supplement an existing practice, reduce their clinical schedule, or simply earn additional income on their days off.

What you will be doing:

• Provide compassionate veterinary care at clients' homes
• Travel to scheduled appointments throughout the local service area
• Perform examinations, assessments, and appropriate treatments
• Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Deliver a professional, compassionate client and patient experience
• Participate in half-day or on-call coverage based on your availability

What you must have:

• Active DVM license in the state of Florida
• Ability to practice veterinary medicine independently
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile environment
• Compassionate approach to both pets and their owners

Other Information: Why Consider This Opportunity?

• Flexible schedule
• Half-day and on-call opportunities available
• Great way to supplement your existing income
• Work around your current practice or personal schedule
• No need to commit to a traditional full-time position
• Direct interaction with clients and their pets in a home environment
• Opportunity to build additional clinical experience while maintaining flexibility

If you're a Florida-licensed DVM looking for flexible supplemental income and enjoy the idea of bringing veterinary care directly to the client, we'd love to connect with you.
