This full-time contract opportunity, available to Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), features three distinct caseloads: elementary, middle (grades 6–8), and high school. Work onsite alongside dedicated professionals and provide critical services directly to students.

Ideal candidates bring a strong background in school-based speech therapy, adaptability across K-12 populations, and confidence working in urban settings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience in school-based speech therapy
• Competence managing elementary, middle, or high school caseloads
• Familiarity with the needs of urban student populations
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining all required Pennsylvania clearances
• Reliable transportation is essential
• Availability across the full school day (between 7:15 AM–4:00 PM); schedule accommodations are not available

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, student-centered speech and language therapy
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support within the school community
• Maintain thorough records, reports, and documentation as required by school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and professional development when needed
