Cut-Out Fabricator

Gemini is currently seeking a Cut-Out Fabricator to join our team in Decorah, IA. Wage Range: $17.42 - $22.84 per hour Location: Decorah, IA Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Overtime: Overtime is scheduled as needed. A day in the life of a Cut-Out Fabricator: Determines the cutting paths and sequence of operations using appropriate software, maximizing material usage through placement of artwork on the raw material sheets. Programs lasers, water jets, and mills with the correct cutting parameters. Sets up the laser, water jets, and mills with correct material. Lays out location of mounting studs and drills and taps product as needed. Performs inspection of letters before shipment to insure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards. Maintains a complete and orderly file of all artwork used.
