What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage homeowners needing roof replacements, repairs, permanent lighting, or gutter guard protection.
• Perform initial exterior inspections and present tailored solution options to property owners.
• Manage prospects through the sales pipeline from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and dependable service.

Qualifications:

• Driven, self-motivated mindset with a strong desire for financial independence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (prior sales experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is key).
• Reliable transportation and smartphone/tablet for field work.
• Comfort working outdoors and performing basic property inspections
