Job Overview A law firm seeks an Attorney specializing in Foreclosure to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This role offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, providing an opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to creditors' rights and financial services. Duties Draft and review legal documents for second-level review by the Supervising Attorney. Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics. Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff's sales. Assist in preparation for legal appearances. Collaborate with members of the state team. Actively participate in weekly state meetings. Engage with the Supervising Attorney in one-on-one weekly meetings. Requirements J.D., licensed and in good standing in all jurisdictions. Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner. Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to continual change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Licensed attorney in good standing. Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication skills.
