Oncology Account Executive

Field-Based Oncology Account Executive – Roanoke This field‑based professional is responsible for driving sales volume for BillionToOne’s Northstar liquid biopsy products and services, cultivating relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community in the designated geography. This position reports to a Regional Manager – Oncology. Responsibilities Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists. Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in the geography. Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents Club, Chairman’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or history of success at or above goal for multiple quarters/years). Experience selling to medical providers. Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical or surgical devices. Lives within the defined territory and centrally located to defined accounts. Commitment to travel within the defined territory. Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to present to internal and external customers. Effective time management skills, with demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize opportunities. Highly motivated, results‑oriented, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills; able to think strategically and execute tactically. Sense of urgency with focus on closing business. Consultative sales skills and ability to coordinate logistics and solve problems. Comfortable working independently in a startup environment. Compensation & Benefits Compensation includes a base salary with uncapped commissions and equity options. Total compensation range is $244,621–$314,449 per year (at plan).
