We are seeking a Medical Director of a busy occupational health clinic leads clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff efficiency. Key duties include supervising physicians and mid-level providers, developing clinical protocols, managing performance. Key Responsibilities

- Staff Management & Mentorship
- Operational Efficiency
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Licensure: Valid, unrestricted medical license and board certification in a primary care specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine) or related field.
- Experience: Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting (e.g., Lead Physician, Assistant Medical Director) is usually required for a busy environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills, along with knowledge of healthcare regulations and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
