We're currently seeking a skilled and dependable Heavy Duty Truck Driver to join our growing organization. As we continue to expand, this is an exciting opportunity for a CDL-certified professional who is committed to safety, reliability, and high-quality service. We deliver top-tier towing, recovery, and specialized transportation services across the state and beyond. We are recognized for our commitment to excellence, serving municipal, state, and federal agencies, as well as commercial clients, with professionalism and reliability.

In this role, you will operate heavy-duty rollback and recovery vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 26,000 lbs. A valid CDL appropriate for the vehicle and towing combination is required.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Possess and maintain a valid Class A driver's license.
• CDL License Required
• At least two (2) years of heavy hauling / commercial driving experience
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check.
• Ability to operate an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack.
• Must be able to obtain twic and port passes and a PVDL license.
• Time management skills; Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting work, hours, and information.
• Ability to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor; ability to communicate calmly and effectively with Dispatch and customers
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools.
• Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English

Responsibilities and Duties

• Reliable, strong customer service and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate and work closely with Dispatch.
• Ability to follow all safety requirements and DOT rules and regulations.
• Maintain clean truck inside and out, removing all trash/debris daily.
• Immediately report any issue that restricts the ability to complete the dispatch in a timely manner.
• Follow all company policy and procedures in regards towing, recovery, and road service, including the removal of drive shafts and axels.
• Ability to work with software programs, mobile devices i.e., Samsara, GPS, and Towbook
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Job requires lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing. significant physical strength and stamina. Ability to lift and pull at least 50 lbs. good hearing and vision required.
