No soccer experience required—a love of working with children is an absolute must! Ideal for candidates with experience in childcare, preschool, camps, recreation programs, or youth education. Compensation: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour.
What You Get: Competitive pay & growth opportunities. Paid training: $20/hour. Post-evaluation rate: $25/hour. Additional wage increases + leadership opportunities based on performance.
Shifts Available: Weekend mornings (8AM–12PM). More shifts may be available for interested candidates.

The Job: No soccer background? No problem! If you love kids and love bringing energy, this job is for you. You will lead high-energy, fun 30–60 minute sessions using our curriculum. Every session should be engaging, safe, and filled with encouragement.

Our Coaches Must Have:
- A passion for positively impacting children ages 2–8
- Reliable transportation + valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to class locations throughout Rockland County
- Ability to complete and pass our background check
- Completion of our comprehensive, paid training program to become Soccer Shots certified

Our caring team provides best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. Founded in 2018, Soccer Shots Rockland/Orange NY is committed to building a team of coaches who are enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to use soccer as a tool to positively impact the lives of children in our community.
