DescriptionKforce has a client in need of a Senior LOS Configuration Business Analyst in Horsham, PA.Responsibilities:* Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations* Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to design, implement, and support enterprise application solutions* Document workflows, data mappings, system interfaces, and business processes to support application development and optimization* Configure and maintain application settings, user access, workflows, and business rules* Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution efforts across multiple systems* Develop and execute test plans, validate system changes, and ensure solution quality prior to deployment* Participate in Agile project activities, including requirements gathering, planning, testing, and delivery* Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and business performanceRequirements* Experience in systems analysis, business analysis, application support, or related technical roles* Knowledge of application integrations, data mapping, system workflows, and business process improvement* Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and technical specifications* Familiarity with SQL, databases, and troubleshooting enterprise applications* Understanding of software testing, defect tracking, and change management processes* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders* Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage operations, or similar regulated industries is a plusJob TypeContractCompensation52 - $60
