Conflicts Attorney — Clearance & Compliance Lead

Gibson Dunn is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to manage conflicts clearance for new clients, matters, and lateral hires. You will analyze conflict reports, draft ethics wall memos, and interface with the Firm’s General Counsel and partners to ensure compliance with professional responsibility rules.
The role requires a JD with an active bar license and at least three years of conflicts experience; strong communication and attention to detail are essential. Based in any U.S.
