Geographic Information Systems Analyst

The Land Analyst reports to the Land Manager and is responsible for accurate entry and verification of land document data and linking agreements to GIS parcel data. While primarily digital, the role may include review of physical alignment sheets and supporting documentation. Responsibilities Review alignment maps to identify pipeline assets and associated surface ownership/grantor information Organize and categorize documentation consistent with alignment maps; link digital documents to correct GIS parcels Verify land database records including Grantor/Grantee, recording data, legal descriptions, affected assets, tract and provision details Process easements, leases, deeds, and related land documents; update and audit database records Plot legal descriptions using deed plotting software and identify locations on as-built alignment sheets and GIS data Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in land records administration and pipeline systems documentation Ability to interpret legal descriptions, plats, maps, and alignment sheets Knowledge of easements, deeds, permits, ordinances, and assignments Basic land title experience required Experience with Quorum data products required (On Demand Land preferred) Proficiency with Google Earth, ESRI GIS products, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Resolve Tech Solutions
