A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Front Office Representative, you are directly involved in ensuring that we always deliver focused and empathetic patient care. You thrive in this patient-focused environment as you greet patients warmly upon arrival with compassion, schedule appointments, assist patients with any necessary forms or paperwork, and maintain confidentiality throughout daily tasks. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required. EMR/EHR experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
