Myerstown Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility located in Myerstown, PA, is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

Schedule Options • PRN position• Up to 20 hours per week available• Open to candidates seeking consistent PRN scheduling

What You'll Do

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist• Carry out individualized treatment plans to help residents improve function, mobility, and quality of life• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy and nursing teams• Train and educate residents and caregivers on safe and effective strategies for daily living• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care

What You’ll Need

• Active COTA license in the state of Pennsylvania• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus, but not required• Compassionate, positive, and resident-centered approach to care
