Salesforce Solution Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL (Remote). The ideal candidate is responsible for designing and leading enterprise Salesforce solutions while driving AI-powered customer engagement, platform innovation, and digital transformation initiatives. Rate Range: $78/hour to $83/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Salesforce Solution Architect Job Responsibilities include: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions to support enterprise business objectives. Drive the adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions. Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, security controls, and data governance best practices across the platform. Design and implement complex integrations with external systems, APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable and future-ready Salesforce solutions. Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle while supporting platform innovation, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Salesforce Architect certifications are highly preferred. 12-14+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and enterprise CRM implementations. Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, with relevant Salesforce Architect-level certifications and experience designing scalable enterprise solutions. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, Generative AI), integration architecture, data migration, governance, and customer-facing solution leadership.
