ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative for Bill Reardon Insurance Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Meet needs-based sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Ability to contribute to a high performing team.
• 220 Property and Casualty license preferred.
• 215 Life and Health license preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance preferred.
• Prior State Farm experience a plus.
