Jackson County Regional Health Center is seeking an HR Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee integration for a 170-employee hospital. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding activities, and serve as a first point of contact for routine HR inquiries. You will maintain personnel files, support timekeeping and payroll inquiries, ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and employment laws, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
