JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Senior Immigration Analyst

Location: San Diego, CA

Type: Contract

Pay range: $43.00-$53.00/HR on W2 (All inclusive)

We are looking for a Senior Immigration Analyst with experience in PERM recruitment and employment-based immigration processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of DOL compliance, labor market testing, immigration documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PERM recruitment and labor market testing activities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, hiring managers, and immigration counsel

• Ensure compliance with DOL regulations and internal processes

• Handle candidate qualification/disposition documentation

• Support immigration filings, audits, and process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Experience with PERM and employment-based immigration

• Knowledge of U.S. immigration compliance and recruitment processes

• Experience with Workday, Eightfold, or similar ATS platforms preferred

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
