Enclosure Foreman – Direct Hire (Electrical Manufacturing)

Target Hire: Immediate

Target Pay: $90,000 
Eligibility: U.S. citizens or residents / EAD only

Our partner, a fast-growing manufacturer in central Iowa, is seeking an experienced Enclosure Foreman to support its expanding electrical power and infrastructure operations. This is a direct-hire role with a stable company in a high-growth industry.

In this role, you will play a key part in leading enclosure department projects while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are met. You will work in a hands-on manufacturing environment that values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork, while contributing directly to the company’s continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and project completion within the Enclosure Department
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed at all times
• Create work schedules based on employee availability, contractors, and labor requirements
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor employees and contractors
• Develop and maintain department quality standards
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunication quickly and professionally
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints and communicate requirements to the team
• Travel off-site as needed to support services or projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional related training or relevant work experience required
• Electrical license in the state of Iowa preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and use a tape measure and common hand tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to support and lead team members effectively

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed, sometimes starting at 6:00 AM)
• Competitive pay range of $90,000 - $102,000
• Annual performance reviews with merit increases
• Direct-hire position with long-term growth potential

Physical Requirements

• Continuous speaking, hearing, and visual (including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus) effort.
• Frequent standing, crouching, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and handling.
• Commonly lifting/moving of up to 40 lbs. individually.
• Occasionally lifting/moving 50-100 lbs. with assistance.
• Exposure to loud noises, drilling, cutting, banging, and typical manufacturing production physical hazards.
• Occasional exposure to typical manufacturing production physical hazards.
• Occasional exposure to outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, warm temperatures
