Trusts & Estates Paralegal

A well-established law firm in Hauppauge is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join its growing practice. This role will support attorneys in sophisticated estate planning matters with a strong emphasis on drafting estate planning documents and administering complex trusts. Responsibilities Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, and related estate planning documents Assist attorneys with complex trust planning and trust administration matters Prepare and organize documentation for estate settlements and probate proceedings Maintain client files and ensure accuracy of legal documents Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals as needed Conduct legal and factual research related to trusts and estates matters Support attorneys throughout the estate planning and administration process Qualifications 3+ years of Trusts & Estates paralegal experience preferred Strong experience drafting estate planning documents, including trusts and related instruments Knowledge of trust administration and estate settlement procedures Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Stable, collaborative work environment Opportunity to work on sophisticated estate planning matters #J-18808-Ljbffr
