Position Interventional Technologist (IR) AMT – Plaza West Tower (Days) – Saint Louis, MO. This position is full‑time with day shifts of 10 hours (7:30am – 6:00pm). Work weeks consist of 4 consecutive days; weekend and on‑call rotations occur roughly 3–4 weekends per year with paid on‑call compensation even if not called in. Position Details Rotating schedule with weekend and call shifts: Friday 6pm–Saturday 8am, Saturday 4pm–Monday 7:30am, occurring every 10th or 11th weekend. Premium pay for weekends and call shifts. Additional shift differentials for evening and weekend hours. 5% Advanced Modality Differential for specialized skills. Facilities include new state‑of‑the‑art equipment (Siemens Fluoro units, GE Ultrasound, Epic). Responsibilities Prepares patients and equipment for interventional radiology procedures. Assists the radiologist during procedures. Performs image post‑processing and circulates study results. Performs studies independently, in on‑call situations, portable exams, and at other sites as required. Requirements Associate degree or higher in a related field. Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R‑T(R)). No prior interventional radiology experience required; eligible candidates may receive training. Experience: none required; upcoming graduation students in radiology, MR, CT, RT, X‑ray, etc. are welcome. Preferred: less than 2 years experience. Licenses & Certifications IEMA – Illinois only, exclusion MRIRTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES.
