Supervision Received: Performs work under general supervision with review and advice from manager or a senior level professional. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: These are typical responsibilities for this position and should not be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. * Develops architectural and interior designs in line with client specifications, budget, and local regulatory laws. * Creates detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. * Presents designs, proposals, and progress reports to clients and stakeholders. * Collaborates with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project. * Oversees and guides the construction process, ensuring that the project adheres to the planned design, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Manages project deadlines and budgets, and makes necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. * Stays updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations. * Addresses any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

• Serves as a technical resource or mentor to other employees.
