Primary Care Internal Medicine Physician

Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) is currently seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join the Primary Care Team at our community hospital in Windsor, VT.

The ideal candidate will provide acute and preventive care as well as chronic disease management for adult patients in a growing primary care practice. The candidate will work with nurses, medical assistants, and care coordinators in team‑based care grounded by evidence‑based best practices.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of Vermont
• Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
