As a Customer Relations Associate, you'll be the heartbeat behind our seamless serviceanswering calls, connecting clients, and helping with financial and billing questions, all while championing a positive, supportive atmosphere in healthcare. About the Position
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account questions.
- Process payments, set up payment plans, and review accounts for accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records.
- Educate patients on equipment use and troubleshooting.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and share findings or trends with supervisors.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support our mission and values.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in medical reimbursement or medical office customer service preferred.
Qualifications for Success
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to follow tasks through to completion.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to build positive, results-driven relationships.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience
