Requirements8+ years of experience in automotive software development. 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technical organizations. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Strong knowledge of embedded software development using C/C++.Experience with AUTOSAR, Embedded Linux, RTOS, software integration, and vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).Familiarity with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and automotive cybersecurity concepts.Proven experience managing customer-facing engineering projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and engineering teams simultaneously. Willingness to travel as required by project and customer needs. US Citizen or Green Card holder is required
