To Go Specialist Part Time Regular – TGI Fridays, Store #2472, Atlanta, GA, US Role Purpose To-Go Specialists ensure we deliver convenience without compromising quality or safety. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Taking orders over the phone as well as in person. Offer a to-go beverage if one has not been ordered. Preparing orders and organizing them into bags. Ensure everything is in the bag, checking off items as they are placed. Review orders to ensure 100% completeness and check that drinks are included if ordered. Greet guests or drivers within 30 seconds, process payment, and ensure their satisfaction. Accurate cash handling. If it is an online or to-go order, cash out the guest within 2 minutes of arrival. Pack to-go and delivery orders and confirm the order with the guest or driver. Thank the guest for choosing Fridays and invite them to return. Perform side duties including, but not limited to, answering the phone, opening doors, cleaning work stations, expediting orders, and running food. #J-18808-Ljbffr JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC
