Key Accountabilities: What you’ll do: Search Strategy: Lead full-lifecycle executive searches for C-level and VP positions, partnering directly with the C-suite, Board of Directors, and Hiring Committees to define candidate profiles, talent criteria, and search timelines. Market Mapping & Research: Conduct target company analysis, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing using advanced research methodologies to engage passive executive talent. Confidential Headhunting: Direct outreach to top-tier executives while maintaining absolute confidentiality and high-touch candidate experience. Assessment & Evaluation: Perform in-depth, competency-based assessments and behavioral interviews to evaluate executive leadership capabilities, strategic vision, cultural alignment, and operational track record. Skills & Requirements: Serve as an internal executive search consultant, guiding hiring teams on market conditions, compensation trends, and diversity benchmarks. Drive calibration sessions, candidate debriefs and offer discussions with executive leadership. Design and execute executive compensation packages (base, bonus, equity, LTIPs, sign-on terms) in partnership with Total Rewards and Compensation Committees Maintain an active executive talent network to shorten time-to-fill for critical succession and key leadership positions. Track and report on executive hiring metrics, pipeline health, and agency/vendor performance when external search partners are leveraged. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $78k to $103k, plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
