Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Fully Remote)

This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a global affiliate marketing program. You will build and scale a diverse network of partners and use data to drive commercial strategy and program operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies across international markets. Manage affiliate relationships end to end, including tracking, contracts, commissions, and incentives. Analyze performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tracking and conversion. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience in a B2C subscription or consumer technology environment. Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact or PartnerStack, plus strong analytical and commercial judgment. Competitive salary, annual bonus, and potential equity.
