Scooter's Coffee is seeking an Amazing Assistant Manager to join our team at multiple locations in Sioux Falls, SD. If you have a passion for coffee, customer service, and leadership, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring Amazing customer service.
Train and mentor Amazing team members to uphold Scooter's Coffee standards.
Manage inventory, track sales, and meet financial goals.
Create an Amazing work environment by fostering teamwork and positivity.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in an Amazing manner.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the coffee industry or retail management is preferred but not required.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for making and serving Amazing coffee.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering an Amazing customer experience.
