Quality Assurance Agent Position Summary The Quality Assurance Agent is responsible for reviewing and validating high-volume video events and associated evidence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures. This position plays an important role in identifying errors, false positives, and missed events while helping maintain the accuracy and quality of processed cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, data analysis, or a similar high-volume, detail-oriented environment and will be comfortable researching discrepancies, correcting errors, documenting findings, and escalating issues when appropriate. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Analyze and review large volumes of processed video events and validate associated citations and evidence for accuracy. Review processed events to identify false positives, errors, inconsistencies, and potential recovery opportunities. Identify and recover missed events or citations to support operational accuracy and effectiveness. Research discrepancies and determine appropriate corrections or next steps based on established procedures and guidelines. Accurately document quality issues and corrections identified during the review process. Record, analyze, and distribute statistical and quality-assurance information. Provide timely performance feedback and communicate recurring issues to leadership. Meet or exceed established Quality Assurance metrics and KPIs while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Ensure evidence packets are complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable standards and procedures. Verify the accuracy of evidence package creation and printing processes. Identify trends and recurring errors and communicate opportunities for process improvement. Assist the Quality Assurance Team Lead with operational objectives, including data entry, reporting, and workload management. Participate in cross-training initiatives to support team flexibility and departmental workload requirements. Escalate issues requiring additional review or resolution to appropriate leadership. Perform other duties as assigned in support of quality and operational objectives. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, data entry, operations, or a related field preferred. Experience reviewing and analyzing digital video content preferred. Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to identify errors and inconsistencies. Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-volume environment. Ability to perform repetitive, task-oriented work while maintaining consistent accuracy and productivity. Ability to meet established hourly production and quality requirements. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. Comfortable navigating cloud-based systems, software applications, online platforms, and other technology. Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
