Are you a skilled Diesel Mechanic looking to join a dynamic team in the maintenance and installation industry? MPW Industrial Services is seeking a talented individual to join our team in Hebron, Ohio. As a Diesel Mechanic at MPW Industrial Services, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our company.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on diesel engines
- Repair and maintain hydraulic systems
- Use lathes, gauges, and grinding equipment to machine parts
- Utilize hand tools to complete general repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication projects
Required Skills:
- Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
- Proficiency in lathe operation and machining
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- General repair skills and knowledge of preventive maintenance
- Experience with computer numeric control (CNC) machines
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Experience with welding and quality control inspection
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and heavy equipment operation experience
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $42,000 to $64,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, MPW Industrial Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, health savings accounts (HSAs), tuition reimbursement, vacation leave, holiday pay, paid time off, long-term disability, and short-term disability.
