Our services help clients take medications as prescribed while reducing administrative burden for providers. Altruix customers achieve measurable results, including 90% adherence rates and a 40% reduction in ER and hospital-related costs.

The Inside Sales Representative will fuel Altruix's growth engine by researching prospective accounts, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for our Business Development Directors. Working closely with the sales team, you'll be the first point of contact in building relationships with prescriber offices and provider networks turning research and outreach into real opportunities for growth.

Compensation for this role is $125,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Research

• Research and maintain accurate prospect data within the CRM system, identifying potential accounts among prescriber offices, behavioral health clinics, and related provider networks
• Segment and prioritize leads based on territory, market fit, and growth potential
• Monitor CRM activity and pipeline data to flag warm leads and re-engagement opportunities

Outreach & Appointment Setting

• Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to introduce Altruix's services and generate interest among prospective providers
• Qualify leads through initial conversations to confirm fit and readiness for a deeper sales conversation
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for Business Development Directors, ensuring a smooth handoff with complete prospect context
• Maintain consistent, accurate documentation of outreach activity and outcomes in the CRM

Sales Team Support

• Partner with Business Development Directors to align outreach efforts with territory priorities and growth targets
• Provide regular reporting on outreach volume, conversion rates, and appointment-setting metrics

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in inside sales and appointment setting
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and managing rejection professionally
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or behavioral health sales
• Familiarity with behavioral health, IDD or SUD markets
