Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Investment Operations Specialist to support their investment sales team and broader asset liability operations. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality fixed income offerings, including certificates of deposit and securities, through market research, trade support, and data management. In this position, you will help facilitate the execution and delivery of tailored investment solutions by maintaining offering materials, analyzing market trends, supporting trade processing, and ensuring accurate documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners across sales, marketing, compliance, and operations, contributing to both client-facing initiatives and behind-the-scenes processes that drive successful outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in fixed income markets who enjoys balancing analytical work, operational support, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Compensation for this role is a range of $72,000-$78,000/yr.
