TruVolt Electric is looking for a dependable and experienced Electrical Journeyman to join our growing team in Michiana. We specialize in high-quality electrical solutions for our residential, commercial and municipal clients. What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and code specifications
Diagnoses and troubleshooting electrical issues
Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
Collaborate with apprentices and other team members on job sites
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Bring
Proven experience an electrician (minimum 4 years preferred) in the following areas:
Conduit bending and installation
Motor and Pump wiring
Installation of various high voltage and low voltage control panels
Single phase and three phase electrical systems
Hazardous locations, including explosion proof installations
Technical circuitry and wire installations

Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Perks
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Occasional overtime may be available
Tool allowance and PPE provided
Company vehicle available for qualifying roles
