1 dentist 1 hygiene practice. Full treatment plan autonomy. Implant and root canal training and guidance provided if interested.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license
• Open to new graduates with mentorship
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Provide high-quality care and ensure patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with the dental team to create treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date on the latest dental techniques and technology
• Adhere to all infection control and safety guidelines
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and colleagues
