As a Mammography Technologist Trainee , you will join a dedicated team focused on quality, value, and access to achieve superior clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Complete a 40‑hour initial Mammography Training Course Webinar, including 8 hours of digital mammography training (reimbursed by RadNet). Complete 8 hours of Tomosynthesis training (reimbursed by RadNet). Pass the California State Mammography Licensing Exam (reimbursed by RadNet). Participate in projects and meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management. Safeguard patient property, health information, medications, cash, and financial information in accordance with company policy. Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers, respecting boundaries and cultural sensitivities. Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting. Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships. Qualifications & Requirements Current California State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and ARRT (R) certification. BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association. Passion for patient care, professional judgment, and the ability to remain composed in all situations. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and respect towards patients, guests, and colleagues. Structured work approach with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Resilience, adaptability, compassion, and the skills to handle emergent situations promptly. Strong interest and ability to learn new skills in advanced radiology procedures such as Tomosynthesis, biopsies, and related procedures.
