Maintaining graduate curriculum data, the full-time Graduate Curriculum Coordinator will manage the degree audit system, create reports for graduation processes, and develop tools to support timely degree conferral, with potential remote work during university closures. Key responsibilities Maintain graduate curriculum in the degree audit system Create data integrity and ad-hoc reports related to graduation Develop tools for graduation staff to assist with accurate degree conferral Required qualifications In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills Demonstrated understanding of database tables, views, and forms Ability to write code in a programming context Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
