Student Engagement Specialist, Alpha - $100,000/year USD

What You Will Be Doing Facilitating one-hour life skill workshops for high school students covering topics such as public speaking, concentration, and feedback exchange, followed by measuring mastery via a structured Test2Pass assessment Conducting daily motivation sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics to engage individual students, pinpoint obstacles in their learning apps, and guide them through resistance Co-creating personalized motivational approaches with students, including reward systems and incentives that fuel self-directed advancement in their academic apps Preparing by reviewing curriculum and lesson plans prior to each session, then adjusting your delivery based on real-time group dynamics What You Won’t Be Doing Teaching academic content. Math, reading, and all other subjects are delivered by software. Running a school or supervising staff. No budgets, no hiring, no operational meetings; your sole focus is your student cohort.
