Position Summary The Partnership Support Specialist reports to the Manager, Back Office Operations. Primary responsibilities include running, managing, and analyzing daily exception reports for each OHS Partner, and processing enrollments, cancellations, and adjustments for our customers’ contracts. The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with financial transactions, and adherence to best practices. The position is located in Naperville with a hybrid work model (in‑office Monday‑Thursday; remote Friday). A fully remote schedule may also be offered depending on candidate location. Responsibilities Audit exception reports and identify anomalies involving customer enrollments and cancellations. Process enrollments and cancellations of contracts. Run partner monthly enrollment reconciliation and resolve discrepancies. Review and resolve customer eligibility inquiries with partners. Develop and maintain working knowledge of all OHS Partners (New York City, Orlando, American Water, One Gas, NiSource). Qualifications 2‑4 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for processing billing transactions. Capacity to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with ERP systems. Understanding of compliance and secure handling of sensitive information. Good problem‑solving skills for researching incomplete or unclear customer information. Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams (e.g., Accounting, Billing, Contract Ops). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. High level of integrity and confidentiality when processing customer data. Computer Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Average to strong Excel skills. Experience with Looker and Blitz reporting. Oracle and Salesforce (NGCC) proficiency. Asana usage. Education Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience required.
