Are you an experienced sales professional looking for more control over your income, stronger support, and a premium product to stand behind?

At Infinity Replacement by Marvin, we’re seeking proven sales reps ready to take their performance—and earnings—to the next level. If you’re confident in your ability to close, build trust with customers, and consistently exceed goals, we provide the platform, brand recognition, and qualified opportunities to help you maximize your success.

Backed by the trusted Marvin brand, we offer a consultative, in-home sales approach—no cold calling, just real opportunities with motivated homeowners.

Why This Is a Strong Next Step in Your Sales Career

• High-quality, pre-qualified leads—no prospecting required
• Industry-leading products with strong brand recognition
• Uncapped earning potential with $200K++ upside
• Fast payout structure—paid at time of sale
• Professional, consultative sales process (no high-pressure tactics)
• Consistent pipeline so you can stay focused on closing

Highlights of your role:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations
• Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions
• Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision-making
• Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals
• Generate referrals through strong customer relationships

Compensation & Support

• $2,000 biweekly training ramp (first 8 weeks for onboarding transition)
• $100,000+ annual earning potential (top performers exceed $200,000+)
• Commission paid at time of sale (no delays based on installation)
• Monthly car allowance + mileage reimbursement
• Company-provided phone and laptop or iPad
• Bonus opportunities and career growth pathways

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills
• Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline
• Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly
• Drive to maximize income through performance

You’ll Thrive Here If You
