Part-Time Plumbing andor Mechanical Inspector
$35 - $45 per hourPart-time
City of Roseville
Performs responsible and skilled inspection of plumbing installations and heating installations to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with City ordinances or Michigan Mechanical Code. Discusses questions and problems with homeowners business owners contractors and other interested parties. Writes ordinance violation notices when necessary and proceeds with court action procedures if violations are not corrected.
Qualifications
A Journeyman Plumber License is required. Ability tobecome registered with the State of Michigan as anInspector and Plan Reviewer pursuant to Act 54 of 1986/Act407 of 2016. Minimum five years experience in theinstallation of plumbing and/or heating systems is required.
