Benefits-Flexible Schedules-Opportunities for advancement-Fun and awarding environment-Shift differential for NOC and Weekend shifts-Exceptional management who truly care about their staff and residents-Our "WOW" culture-Paid time off-Health, Dental, and Vision offered for all full time employees-We all love what we do and who we care for!ResponsibilitiesOur caregivers are responsible for caring for our elderly residents, assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADL's), documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition, as well as duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.Requirements -Basic computer skills-Self-Starter and able to work independently -CNA certification preferred but not required at time of hire*Ask us about the possibility of getting your CNA certification while working here!-Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively -High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head-Experience as CNA/Med Tech-Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner")-Possess a love for the elderly -Have a positive and compassionate attitudeA background check is required for this position upon hire as well as food handler's permit, CPR/First aid certification, and a Tuberculosis screening test.
