Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Additional training in customer service, parts sales, inventory management, or related fields is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service, administrative support, parts sales, inside sales, or related industry experience.
• Experience processing orders, managing customer accounts, and resolving customer inquiries.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with inventory systems, CRM software, order entry platforms, or parts lookup tools preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience identifying and researching parts using model and serial numbers.
• Knowledge of Honda engines, power equipment, automotive parts, outdoor power equipment, or similar product lines highly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Demonstrated job stability and a strong work history.

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
• Frequent communication with customers by phone, email, and other channels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced customer support environment.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.

Job Duties:

• Provide bilingual customer support in English and Spanish to dealers, distributors, and end users.
• Answer questions regarding parts availability, compatibility, specifications, pricing, and order status.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Research and identify replacement parts using model numbers, serial numbers, catalogs, and lookup tools.
• Monitor inventory and order status, coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records within company systems.
• Communicate order updates, inventory information, and product recommendations to customers.
• Partner with sales, service, and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns and improve the customer experience.
• Stay current on product knowledge, parts information, and company resources.
