About the Role As a Jewelry Sales Associate at Diamonds Direct, you will be part of a luxury jewelry retail team, providing high‑level customer service, guiding customers through product selection, and driving sales in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide top‑notch customer service, ensuring a memorable shopping experience from greeting to post‑sale follow‑up. Build and nurture lasting relationships, positioning Diamonds Direct as the customer’s preferred luxury jewelry destination. Apply extensive product knowledge of inventory and designer collections to assist customers in making informed, personalized choices. Manage the complete sales process with a focus on customer satisfaction, including detailed follow‑through after the sale. Maintain a well‑organized work environment, paying close attention to detail throughout the sales process. Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting Diamonds Direct’s high standards. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in luxury or diamond sales (preferred). GIA certification is a plus. Availability to work Saturdays. Strong focus on customer service and relationship building. Excellent organizational skills and keen eye for detail. Professional demeanor and appearance.
