Community Medical Liaison (CML), Neuroscience- Texas/Louisiana

IQVIA seeks a Community Medical Liaison for Neuroscience to deliver disease awareness and product education to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers across Texas and Louisiana. The field-based role supports Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in schizophrenia and mood disorder treatment areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide disease awareness education to multidisciplinary healthcare teams through individual meetings and formal presentations
- Deliver disease awareness programs for patients and caregivers in virtual and community-based settings
- Educate healthcare professionals on safe and effective neuroscience product use within regulatory and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with advocacy organizations to increase disease awareness and participate in community events
- Gather and communicate clinical insights to support Medical Affairs field strategies addressing educational gaps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, Nursing, Counseling, or related healthcare field
- Minimum three years clinical experience with direct patient interaction in a therapeutic treatment setting
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in person and virtually
- Self-motivated with strategic thinking, organizational, and territory management capabilities
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel approximately 75% locally, regionally, and nationally
- Experience with serious mental illness patients such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder (preferred)
- Prior experience educating healthcare professionals or community-based treatment teams (preferred)
Compensation: $100,000-$112,000 base annually
